These terms apply to all orders placed through https://www.chemjet.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch your goods. All prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to decline orders or correct pricing errors.

Payment

We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe and payments via PayPal. Card details are never stored on our servers.

Returns & refunds

Under UK consumer regulations, you may cancel an online order up to 14 days after receipt. Return the goods in a saleable condition and we'll refund in full. Chemical products (Potassium Phosphite) cannot be returned once opened. Spare seals cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene.

Product use

Products are sold for the purposes described on our product pages. Always follow manufacturer guidelines and use appropriate PPE. Chemjet is not liable for damage caused by improper use.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the order value. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
