Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays go out the following working day.
International orders
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT due on arrival. Our HS codes are listed on each product page. If your country is outside the listed UK, Europe, or Middle East courier zones, please contact us before ordering.
Returns
Under UK consumer regulations, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please email us with your order number to start a return.
- Injectors and kits must be returned in saleable condition.
- Opened Potassium Phosphite cannot be returned.
- Opened spare seals cannot be returned due to hygiene.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
